About the Internship
FINJURIS LLP is inviting applications for multiple positions of Legal Intern.
Eligibility
- Students pursuing LL.B., B.A. LL.B. or B.B.A. LL.B., and recent law graduates.
- Strong interest in legal research and drafting.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyse legal issues and conduct case-law and statutory research.
- Detail-oriented, sincere and willing to learn.
- Ability to work in a professional and fast-paced legal environment.
Responsibilities
- Conducting legal and case-law research.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents.
- Assisting in the preparation of legal opinions, notices, replies and other documents.
- Providing documentation and case support.
- Assisting with corporate and commercial matters.
- Coordinating with clients and stakeholders, as required.
- Supporting matters before courts, tribunals and other authorities.
- Supporting the legal team in ongoing assignments.
