About the Opportunity
The interns will support the legal team on matters relating to insurance laws, IRDAI regulations, corporate legal work, contracts, compliance, and legal documentation.
Responsibilities
- Research related to insurance laws, IRDAI regulations, and corporate legal matters.
- Assisting with regulatory filings, compliance activities, internal stakeholder queries.
- Assist in reviewing, drafting, and maintaining agreements, contracts, non-disclosure agreements, documents, records, contract repositories, and documentation trackers.
Eligibility
- Final-year or penultimate-year students pursuing a three-year or five-year LLB.
- Strong understanding of contract law, corporate law, and legal research.
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
