About the Role
The Conference Programming & Events Lead (Probation) will support a major international summit, ensuring seamless programme coordination and high-level guest management.The probation period (Dec 2025 – Feb 2026) will be directly with the global brand, offering an excellent stipend. Outstanding performance during this period may lead to a full-time assignment with the same global brand, offering outstanding remuneration and expanded responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update the overall conference programme, sessions, and speaker schedules.
Prepare detailed and professional speaker briefs.
Provide onsite support to VIP speakers and senior delegates.
Coordinate transport schedules and manage travel adjustments.
Collect RSVPs and maintain an accurate speaker tracker.
Confirm hotels, flights, and itinerary changes promptly.
Liaise closely with hotels regarding VIP requirements.
Handle confidential information with professionalism.
Support project managers on programme milestones and ad hoc tasks.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in event coordination, programme management, or VIP/guest relations (preferred).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and organisational discipline.
Ability to remain steady under pressure and manage last-minute changes.
Professional demeanour when interacting with senior stakeholders and VIPs.
Availability in the Western part of India for pre-event days and for the Summit (First Fortnight of Feb 2026).
Tools & Setup
A personal laptop a stable high-speed internet connection is required.
Post-Probation Opportunity

Representing the organisation in meetings with ministries, government bodies, and partner institutions.
Coordinating regional events and stakeholder engagements across Asia.
