About
The Single Credit Course organised by CAPRIP, DNLU, is on the theme ‘Impact of Digital Space on Intellectual Property Rights’. The Course will be conducted in online mode. This course will explore the evolving impact of digital technologies on IPR, critically examining the adequacy of existing laws and the need for reform to meet the challenges emerging in the digital age.
This course will offer sessions led by leading experts in the IP Field, including academicians, industry experts, and practitioners. The course is designed to make participants aware and engage them in a meaningful discourse on the impact and issues due to the intersection of IPR and digital space, evaluate their understanding, and deliberate on practical reforms. The course will include sessions on the intersection of digital space and different IPRs, Competition Law, and the International Perspective on it. It will also include evaluation through activities based on discussions in each session.
