It is dedicated to preparing a new generation of legal professionals who can meet the opportunities and responsibilities of a rapidly developing India. At the School, law is not only studied but practiced as a living force that shapes society, governance, and business.
The School of Law combines strong foundations in legal theory with a sharp focus on the areas where India’s growth is creating new opportunities. With the country advancing deeper into the digital economy, there is a rising demand for expertise in data privacy, artificial intelligence, and technology law. As India commits to sustainability and ESG goals, a legal understanding of regulatory frameworks is becoming vital. The nation’s expanding infrastructure and global connectivity also call for skilled lawyers in construction and arbitration law, aviation law, and international trade. The curriculum captures this diversity, offering students and professionals the ability to develop both traditional legal grounding and expertise in fast-growing, practice-oriented domains.
