ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
The conference invites participation from academicians, researchers, arbitrators, legal practitioners, judicial officers, policymakers, industry professionals, technology experts, and ADR specialists working in the areas of arbitration, dispute resolution, international trade, technology law, digital governance, and global justice.
Submissions are also welcomed from Ph.D. scholars, postgraduate students, and undergraduate students with academic and research interest in the theme “Arbitration, Technology, and Global Justice.”
Interdisciplinary and comparative contributions aligned with the sub-themes of the conference are highly encouraged.
PUBLICATION OPPORTUNITY:
The best paper presented at the conference will be considered for publication in a reputed, peer-reviewed, Scopus-indexed journal, subject to the journal’s editorial review process.
Additionally, a few selected high-quality papers will be considered for publication as book chapters in an edited volume with an ISBN.
All submissions will be evaluated on the basis of originality, thematic relevance, and academic rigor.
Certificates:
All registered participants will be awarded certificate/e-certificate of participation.
Certificates of presentation will be issued to authors who successfully present their papers at the conference.
A certificate of merit will be awarded to the author(s) of the best paper in recognition of outstanding research contribution.
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:
1. Manuscript Length
Manuscripts should ordinarily range between 6,000 and 9,000 words, inclusive of references, tables, and appendices. Submissions exceeding this limit will not be considered, unless specifically justified and approved by the editorial committee.
2. Manuscript Preparation and Structure
Submissions must be prepared in Microsoft Word format (.doc/.docx) and structured in a clear and coherent academic format. The manuscript should include the following components:
- Title of the Paper
- Abstract (maximum 200–250 words), clearly stating the research problem, objectives, methodology, and key findings
- Keywords (maximum of five)
- Main Text, appropriately divided into headings and subheadings
- Acknowledgements (if any)
- References
All tables, figures, charts, and illustrations must be:
- Sequentially numbered (e.g., Table 1, Figure 1)
- Provided with clear titles/captions
- Accompanied by appropriate source citations
- Figures and info-graphics must be submitted in editable, high-resolution formats, and authors bear.
full responsibility for securing necessary permissions and ensuring compliance with copyright laws. Footnotes, where used, must be kept to a minimum, numbered consecutively, and used only for substantive clarification.
Referencing Style:
All manuscripts must strictly adhere to the APA (7th Edition) referencing style. Authors are responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of all citations and references.
Submission and Review Process:
Authors are required to submit an initial abstract (200–250 words) for consideration. Upon acceptance, the full manuscript shall be submitted within the prescribed timeline.
All submissions will undergo a double-blind peer review process in accordance with established academic standards. Manuscripts will be evaluated on the basis of:
Originality and contribution to scholarship
Relevance to the conference theme
Conceptual clarity and coherence
Methodological rigor
Quality of analysis and argumentation
The full manuscript must include the following author details (to be provided on a separate cover page to ensure anonymity during review):

Submissions must meet a similarity threshold of less than 10%, as verified through plagiarism detection software (e.g., Turnitin).
Authors must disclose any use of artificial intelligence (AI) tools in the preparation of the manuscript. Such tools must not substitute original scholarly contribution.
The registration fee is payable only upon acceptance of the abstract and is non-refundable.
Formatting Requirements:
Manuscripts must conform to the following formatting standards:
- Font: Times New Roman
- Font Size: 12-point (main text), 14-point (headings)
- Line Spacing: Single
- Alignment: Justified
- Margins: Standard (1 inch on all sides)
- Headings: Clearly differentiated and formatted in bold
