Call for paper: Carbon-Smart Biomanufacturing: From Waste to Value

Carbon-smart biomanufacturing is advancing sustainable production by converting waste carbon streams and renewable feedstocks into valuable products through biological processes.

This Collection welcomes research on waste-to-value technologies, carbon capture and utilization, microbial and enzymatic conversion, circular bioprocesses, alternative feedstocks, biorefinery approaches, and innovations that improve resource efficiency, scalability, and environmental performance. Narrative review articles are also welcomed for consideration in our sister journal Scientific Reviews.
