Contemporary Business Practices in Emerging Markets: Insights from ICC 2026, Indian Institute of Management, Raipur
The International Case Conference (ICC 2026) hosted by the Indian Institute of Management Raipur, will bring together academics, researchers, practitioners, and policy makers to deliberate on the evolving role of management practices in shaping business outcomes.
This special issue seeks to publish selected high-quality cases presented at the conference, showcasing cases which reflect the dynamic challenges and opportunities faced by organisations today, with a focus on areas such as AI integration in business, globalising Indian strategies, and innovative management practices. Submission requirements
- Authors are requested to follow the standard EMCS Authors Guidelines available at http://emeraldgroupublishing.com/journal/emcs for submitting case and teaching notes (4,000 – 7,000 words combined). Many other resources (templates, manuscript requirements, policies and procedures) are available at the main EMCS webpage via the above link.
- Authors may also submit Mini Cases (Compact Cases) with brief teaching notes (1,000 – 1,500 words, excluding teaching notes) for targeted classroom discussion
Publication
Cases presented at the conference must be submitted directly to EMCS following the close of activities in order to be considered for publication in this special issue. Participation in the conference is not guarantee of acceptance, and all cases submitted will be subject to the usual peer review process. Authors wishing to submit to the special issue must select ‘Contemporary Business Practices in Emerging Markets’ from the drop down menu during submission through the ScholarOn site.
