We invite scholars to contribute to a special issue exploring how Ukrainian forced migrants navigate integration through dual agency—combining entrepreneurial and civic engagement—and how these practices co-create civic–economic ecosystems across Europe.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐝𝐞:
✅ How do national and local institutions enable or constrain refugee entrepreneurship and civic engagement?
✅ How do migrants combine business and civic roles to navigate integration and resilience?
✅ How do gender and intersectional factors shape these processes?
✅ How can policy and governance frameworks foster inclusive integration models?
