CALL FOR PAPERS: HIALSA & HILJ- SHORT-FORM SCHOLARSHIP IN INTERNATIONAL ARBITRATION, Deadline: January 15, 2026

We are thrilled to announce the renewed collaboration between the Harvard International Arbitration Law Students Association (HIALSA) and the Harvard International Law Journal to support high-quality scholarship in international commercial and investment arbitration.

We invite practitioners and scholars worldwide to submit original pieces that bring fresh perspectives, critical analysis, and clarity to the field. Contributions may take the form of brief academic commentaries, decision analyses, or regional and country highlights.

📝 Submission Guidelines:
• 500–2,500 words
• English only
• Single authorship
• At least 5 years of post-law-degree experience in international arbitration
• Deadline: January 15, 2026

The top two submissions will be published in the HIALSA Arbitration Review (3rd edition, 2026) and in the Harvard International Law Journal Online (International Arbitration section).
