Call for Papers: HPNLU Journal of Law, Business and Economics, Vol 4 (2025), Submission Deadline- November 30, 2025
The HPNLU Journal of Law, Business, and Economics, Volume-IV (2025) invites scholarly
contributions from academicians, professionals, policymakers, and researchers. The journal is
scheduled to be published online in December 2025. The journal solicits scholarly contributions
relating to legal cum theoretical developments in the field of Law, Business and Economics.
The last date for submission of contributions is November 30, 2025. Selection of entries shall
be based on a double-blind peer review. Queries about submission of papers and related matters

Categories for Submission
Contributions may be made through articles,
notes, comments, and book reviews. In any
category, the contribution should be a
comprehensive and in-depth analysis of
contemporary issues in business, economics,
and their interplay with law. The Journal
would encourage contributions in Corporate
Law, Trade Law, including International
Trade; Banking and Insurance Law;
Insolvency & Bankruptcy Law; and Taxation
Laws, including International Taxation,
Competition Law, Consumer Law, and other
emerging areas of corporate law.
