International Investment Law Journal is published by ADJURIS – International Academic Publisher. It is an international, peer-reviewed, open access journal (free for readers), indexed in over 20 international academic databases, dedicated to publishing original theoretical and empirical research in the field of international investment law.
Aims and Scope
The journal promotes high-level research on:
law developed by international organizations and states through investment treaties (IIAs and TIPs);
international investment rulemaking at bilateral, regional, interregional and multilateral levels;
the impact of these instruments on sustainable development;
the dynamics of international economic actors and their role in shaping investment law.
International investment rulemaking takes place at multiple levels and requires policymakers, negotiators, civil society and other stakeholders to be well informed about foreign direct investment, international investment agreements, and their legal and economic implications.
Submission Guidelines
Contributions must be submitted exclusively via the online form
Files should include the full text of the article and links to the bibliographic sources used.
In the case of multiple authors, the form should be completed by one coordinating/corresponding author only.
All articles will undergo anonymous peer review.
Deadline
All contributions must be submitted by 15 January 2026.
