Call for Papers

The Centre for Law and Technology of the School of Law, The NorthCap University invites original, unpublished research papers and conceptual papers from academicians, legal practitioners, technologists, researchers, and students on themes and sub-themes related to the intersection of law, technology and society.

Joint authorship is permitted for up to two authors per paper

Selected papers will be given the opportunity for presentation during the conference, and following a peer-review process, the best submissions will be considered for publication in the NCU Law Review, a peer-reviewed biannual academic publication of the Centre of Post-Graduate Legal Studies (CPGLS) at the School of Law.

Submissions must be original and not under consideration elsewhere.

Authors are encouraged to explore interdisciplinary approaches, linking law with technology, society, ethics, governance, and innovation policy
