Call for Papers: on Climat Change and International Law, International Law Working Group, 13 March 2026
The University of Glasgow International Law Working Group (ILWG) is seeking PhD researchers and early-career scholars in international law to present and discuss strong research contributions related to climate change and environmental law at our upcoming session.
We welcome original work engaging with international, transnational, or comparative perspectives, including (but not limited to):
. International climate law and governance
· International environmental law
. Environmental justice and equity
. Human rights and the environment Climate litigation and accountability
· Institutional and regulatory responses to climate change
Date: 13 March (Friday)
Time: Afternoon (exact time to be confirmed)
Format: In person (University of Glasgow) or online
The session is designed as a supportive working-group discussion, and papers at any stage of development are welcome.
Submission: Please send a short description of the contribution you would like to discuss (approx. 200-300 words) by Saturday, 21 February to: Klaudia Szabelka – klaudia.szabelka@glasgow.ac.uk
We particularly encourage submissions from PGRs and early-career researchers.
