The Editorial Board of the Constitutional Law Review (RDC) invites academics, researchers, PhD candidates and legal practitioners from Romania and abroad to submit contributions for Issue 2/2026.

For more than a decade, RDC has been Romania’s only journal specialised in constitutional law. Published twice a year by Universul Juridic Publishing House, it offers a scholarly forum for constitutional law, comparative constitutional law and constitutional justice at national, European and international levels. It fosters dialogue between constitutional theory and the case law of constitutional courts, the CJEU and the ECtHR.

We welcome: research articles (doctrine, theory and practice), case notes and book reviews.

Key requirements:
manuscripts in English, Word format (.doc), up to 20 pages
abstract of up to 250 words and 4–6 keywords
original, previously unpublished work that is not under consideration elsewhere
the Author’s Declaration of Liability submitted together with the manuscript
