forthcoming Special Issue in Human Behavior and Emerging Technologies:
Cultural Communication, Human Behaviour and Emerging Technologies: Global South Perspectives

The Special Issue will explore how artificial intelligence (Al), generative Al, social media platforms, algorithmic systems, and emerging digital technologies are transforming cultural communication, human behaviour, identity, social relationships, and everyday life across the Global South.
• We welcome original empirical, theoretical, comparative, and interdisciplinary contributions addressing digital cultures, human-Al interaction, cultural representation, linguistic diversity, algorithmic bias, misinformation, digital inequalities, platform participation, and technology-mediated social change.
