๐ ๐๐ฏ๐๐๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฑ๐น๐ถ๐ป๐ฒ: 8 October 2026 (Abstracts accepted in Italian or English)
The call is open to early-career scholars, PhD candidates, postdoctoral researchers, and researchers affiliated with international organizations or think tanks.
The workshop seeks to foster an interdisciplinary reflection on the meaning and role of vulnerability in relation to conflict, understood not only as armed conflict but also as the conflictual dynamics that shape relations between States, between individuals, and between individuals and institutions. In this perspective, both theoretical and empirical contributions are encouraged, exploring the protective function of law, its potential pathogenic role, and its capacity to influence the emergence and configuration of conflicts.
Key thematic areas include:
โข Humanitarian crises and emergency contexts
โข Migration and protection regimes
โข Transformations of work and new forms of precarity
โข Climate justice and environmental conflicts
โข The impact of new technologies on rights
