Migration, Integration, and Economic Competitiveness
Time: 09:00 Thursday 18 Mar 2027 – 18:30 Friday 19 Mar 2027
CReAM@RFBerlin, the Centre for Research and Analysis on Migration at RFBerlin, is organising the third Annual RFBerlin Migration Forum, a conference open to scholars in economics and related social sciences.
The 2027 Forum focuses on migration, integration, and economic competitiveness: how migrants integrate into the economies and societies that receive them, and what migration means for labour markets, firms, and productivity in destination countries. See here and here for information on past forums.
Call for Papers
We invite innovative research on a broad range of topics related to migration, including, but not limited to, the economic and social integration of migrants and the role of policy; the effects of migration on labour markets, firms, productivity, and economic competitiveness in destination countries; the drivers of migration; migrants’ experiences and outcomes; and public attitudes toward immigration.

Submissions may consist of a full paper or an extended abstract, although preference will be given to completed papers.
