Call for Papers: Tulane Maritime Law Journal, Volume 51,Submit Now
The Tulane Maritime Law Journal invites the submission of manuscripts for publication in Volume 51, to be published during the 2026–2027 academic year! As one of the nation’s leading journals dedicated to admiralty and maritime law, the Journal welcomes high-quality scholarly work addressing contemporary issues in maritime law, international trade, energy, environmental regulation, and related fields.
We encourage submissions from academics, practitioners, and students on topics including, but not limited to, admiralty jurisdiction, marine insurance, shipping regulation, offshore energy, maritime finance, and comparative maritime law. Submissions should demonstrate rigorous legal analysis, originality, and relevance to current developments in the maritime industry.
Manuscripts should be submitted in English, accompanied by appropriate citations in accordance with The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation. Please include an abstract and a CV or résumé with your submission.
