The UM Postgraduate Law Society is hosting the annual Universiti Malaya Law Conference on 13th September 2025. This Conference aims to provide a platform for scholars, early-career researchers and postgraduate students to engage with the legal challenges in a changing world order, where rapid advancements in AI and the growing power of digital platforms have begun to impact the law.
We welcome original research articles that examine the implications of AI and platform power to society and the law. The scope of this Conference includes, but is not limited to, the following topics:
