The workshop invites submissions examining how community interest norms are conceptualized and addressed by international courts and tribunals, and how the nexus between serious human rights violations and breaches of community interest norms can be assessed.
Submission deadline: 15 January 2027
Early-career scholars, including doctoral candidates, are particularly encouraged to submit.
