CSBF was established in 2002 by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) at NLU Jodhpur to serve as a preeminent institutional forum for the advancement of banking and financial jurisprudence. The Centre is dedicated to fostering the robustness and vibrancy of the banking sector, the financial sector, and broader financial services through specialized research and high-level academic engagement.
