Move Law Academy, Gujarat is honored to organize an Inter-College Quiz Competition with the objective of providing judiciary-oriented academic exposure to students and to encourage excellence in criminal, constitution, contract and allied laws. The event is conceived as a collaborative platform bringing together leading institutions of legal education of Gujarat.

– Standard of Questions: Judiciary Examination Level Questions

– Quiz Format:

Only Team Rounds consisting of Three (3) Rounds

• Round 1 – Contract & Constitution (Judiciary Level) Questions from Constitutional Law concepts and contract principles under the Contract Act.

• Round 2 – BNS & BNSS (Judiciary Level) Questions from substantive criminal law under Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) and procedural law under Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS).

• Round 3 – Final Round Combined questions from BNS, BNSS, Contract Act and Constitutional Law.

NATURE OF ROUNDS & ELIGIBILITY FOR FINALS

• Round 1: Qualifying/Assessment Round

• Round 2: Elimination Round

1. Scores of Round 1 and Round 2 shall be accumulated.

2. On the basis of cumulative score, Top Three (3) Teams shall become eligible for Round 3 – the Final Round.

3. Only the finalists of top 3 teams will participate in the final round.

ELIGIBILITY

– Any Semester Law Students of LL.B. or LL.M. Batch.

– Students from LL.B./LL.M. Branch are eligible.
