About Internship
Adsum Legal Services is inviting applications from eligible students for an internship.
Eligibility
- Law students
- 3rd/4th/5th year of a 5-year integrated LL.B.
- 2nd/3rd year of a 3-year LL.B.
- Research and drafting skills; proficiency in legal databases (e.g., Manupatra, SCC Online).
- Inclination towards litigation practice; willingness to learn, research, and contribute.
- Proficiency in MS Word; strong communication and discipline; prior internship experience (preferred but not always mandatory); sound understanding of basic legal concepts.
Responsibilities
- Conducting in-depth legal research on diverse/complex questions of law.
- Case law analysis and preparation of case briefs, research notes, legal memos.
- Drafting opportunities will be provided based on performance.
- Tracking recent judgments and legislative updates.
- Exposure to court proceedings and litigation strategy.
- Assisting the team with clerical/administrative legal tasks as required.
