About the Role
Benchmark Developers is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to support our Legal & Compliance team in matters related to real estate transactions, land acquisition, regulatory compliance, and contract management. This internship offers hands-on exposure to the legal aspects of the real estate industry and an opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals.

Eligibility
- Pursuing BA.LLB/BBA.LLB/LL.B. (3-year or 5-year course)
- Students in their final year or penultimate year are preferred.
- Interest in Real Estate Law, Property Law, Corporate Law, and Regulatory Compliance.
- Excellent legal research and drafting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Understanding of RERA, Registration Act, Transfer of Property, Land Revenue, Contract.
- Ability to interpret legal documents and property records.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities
- Conduct research on property laws, real estate regulations, RERA, land laws, statutes.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, legal documents, agreements, deeds, notices, contracts.
- Support due diligence activities related to land acquisition and property transactions.
- Review title documents, property records, and regulatory approvals.
- Assist in maintaining legal records, case files, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with government authorities, advocates, internal departments for legal matters.
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations affecting the real estate sector.
- Prepare legal summaries, reports, and presentations as required.
