About the Organizer
CILIRD is an autonomous, student-run centre, established with the aim to bridge the gap between youth and the field of international affairs and international law. We believe that students are the biggest stakeholders of global conversations yet are also the least involved in shaping such dialogue, and this is where CILIRD aims to bring a change and ensure young voices have a seat at the table.
Eligibility
- Undergraduate students of any field
- Ideal for students interested in event management, academic programming, policy discussions
- Institutional engagement in the fields of international law, international relations, and diplomacy.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the ideation and planning of academic events, panel discussions, webinars, workshops, and speaker sessions organised by CILIRD.
- Coordinate with speakers, moderators, and teams to facilitate the smooth execution of events.
- Assist with logistical planning, including managing registrations, drafting event briefs
- Coordinating communications related to events.
- Support outreach and engagement with participants, organisations, academic stakeholders.
- Assist in post-event documentation, drafting summaries, reports & takeaways from discussions.
