About the Opportunity
The internship involves legal research, drafting various legal documents, attending client meetings, and witnessing courtroom hearings in courts such as the Orissa High Court and National Company Law Tribunal. Interns will enhance their legal knowledge and practical skills in litigation and client interaction.
Responsibilities
- Research various legal provisions and case laws.
- Draft petitions, appeals, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Attend client meetings and discussions.
- Witness courtroom hearings and gain firsthand litigation experience.
- Clear doubts from filing to disposal of cases.
- Learn use of online legal databases including Supreme Court resources.
- Opportunity for letter of recommendation and LinkedIn recommendation for interns.
- Free law e-books on landmark judgments, judge autobiographies, contract drafting, and legal magazines for deserving interns.
Eligibility
- Law student
- Knowledge of BNS, BNSS, BSA, Transfer of Property Act, Constitution, Contract Act, CPC, Companies Act.
- Ability to conduct legal research and drafting.

- Minimum – 1 month
