About the Chamber
They bring extensive experience in handling some of India’s most complex and high-stakes litigation matters pertaining to the Enforcement Directorate, Economic Offence Wing, etc before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts and other courts/tribunals as well. Over the years, they have secured several landmark judgments, especially while representing public sector undertakings, including NTPC Ltd. Their experience includes conducting internal investigations for multinational companies, advising on complex coal allocation matters, and managing pan-India legal portfolios for major corporates, including a prominent airline.
About the Internship
All students who are interested in gaining practical experience and enhancing their professional skills are encouraged to apply. Work would pertain to criminal, civil and arbitration matters before the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, various district courts, as well as various tribunals such as NCLT and NCLAT.
