About the Opportunity
This internship offers a chance to gain direct exposure to live client mandates, with a focus on drafting and reviewing various commercial contracts, legal research on startup/SME issues, and supporting due diligence on active client matters.
Responsibilities
- Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts including NDAs, service agreements, founder agreements, and MOUs.
- Conducting legal research related to startup and SME issues.
- Supporting due diligence processes on live client mandates.
- Contributing to legal content and client-facing tools.
- Assisting with lead research and outreach activities.
