About the Organisation
Judicious Consultants is a boutique law firm specializing in Indirect Taxation, Customs, and GST matters. Founded by Dr B.L. Garg, an Ex-Departmental Officer and Ex-Joint Commissioner of Customs, who brings decades of expertise in taxation and policy formulation. He has also been part of the core team involved in the preparation of three Union Budgets (2006–2008), adding to his rich experience in shaping and interpreting tax policies at the national level.
