About the Internship
Mahendra Gargieya & Associates is inviting applications for an internship during 2026. The internship will focus on Direct Tax and related legal research and litigation work.
Responsibilities
Interns will receive practical exposure to Income Tax Law and Tax Litigation. The work may include legal research, analysis of judicial precedents, preparation of case briefs, drafting of written submissions and other litigation documents, and assistance in ongoing taxation matters.
Eligibility
- Law Students
- Currently pursuing the fourth or fifth year of a five-year LL.B. course
- Equivalent senior-year law students.
