About the Organisation

My Legal Pal is a fast-growing online legal platform that connects individuals and businesses with expert lawyers across India and abroad. We provide a wide range of legal services including contract drafting, intellectual property registration, business incorporation, employment law compliance, and data protection advisory.

About the Internship

We’re inviting applications for our 2025 Internship Batch. This is an internship that offers students an opportunity to gain practical legal exposure in both corporate and IPR domains.

Responsibilities

Conduct legal research on diverse topics such as contracts, intellectual property, startups, and data protection.
Draft and review legal documents including NDAs, service agreements, employment contracts, and privacy policies.
Assist in content creation for legal blogs, articles, and guides
Support ongoing cases and client advisory work (where applicable).
Contribute to internal projects related to AI, legal tech, and online legal services.

Eligibility

Law students
3rd year or above (5-year course)
2nd year or above (3-year course).
Strong legal research and drafting skills.
Good command of English
Basic understanding of contract and business law preferred.
Interest in legal content writing or tech-law will be an added advantage.
