About the Internship
They are seeking a student to join our firm for an internship opportunity. This position offers valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic legal environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research on various matters including civil, criminal, and corporate law.
- Draft legal documents, notices, petitions, and correspondence.
- Assist senior advocates in case preparation and court filings.
- Maintain case files and legal databases.
- Attend court proceedings and client meetings.
- Prepare case summaries and legal memoranda.
- Review and analyze relevant statutes, case laws, and legal precedents.
Eligibility
- Currently pursuing a 3-year or 5-year LLB degree from a recognized university.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in legal drafting.
- Knowledge of Indian legal procedures and court systems.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
