About the Opportunity
The Office of Advocate Rahul Naskar is inviting applications for an Intern for the upcoming winter session break. The internship is intended to provide exposure to research and drafting.
Eligibility
- Law students
- 3rd year and above are preferred.
- Currently be residing or based in Kolkata.
- Strong proficiency in legal drafting, case law analysis, statutory research, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Be capable of working independently with minimal supervision and meeting defined turnarounds.
- Be comfortable using modern legal-tech and productivity tools.
Responsibilities
The intern will be expected to undertake legal research and drafting work, including case law analysis and statutory research. The role requires the ability to work independently, meet defined turnarounds, and effectively use modern legal-tech and productivity tools.
Duration
Up to 1–2 months. Mention the duration and month/weeks available during their winter break.
