P/ PRABHAVEE – Partner for Social Impact, founded and led by lawyer Anumita Sarkar, is a Professional Advisory and Strategy Consulting Practice based in Delhi. We deliver legal, policy and strategic advisory services to organisations in the social impact sector. Mission is to equip NGOs, For-profit entities, Social Enterprises, Companies, Businesses (MSMEs, SMEs), Brands, Suppliers, and other impact-led institutions with the insights, recommendations, leadership strategies, capacity-building, and training they need to build lasting impact — helping them to strengthen institutional capacity, governance, and partnerships.
About the Internship
P/ PRABHAVEE – Partner for Social Impact is inviting applications for an internship in Research, Training and Capacity Building. This internship is for someone who either has prior experience in developing instructional training modules/ playbooks or with a background in legal, communications, development studies, or social work.
Eligibility
- 3rd, 4th and 5th Year Law students
- Students with a background in Development studies, Development Communication, Social and Behavioral Change Communication, Economics, Political Science, International Relations, Sociology, Social Work, and other related fields
- Aspiring instructional designers looking to gain experience in curating, creating content, and designing meaningful training modules, knowledge materials, concept notes, proposals, strategic briefs, and training decks
- Prior experience with a nonprofit organisation is desirable, but not necessary.
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate ideas into clear concepts and outputs
- Proven expertise in research, data synthesis, and developing actionable insights and recommendations
- Creative mindset with experience in design thinking and problem-solving
- Skilled in ideation, storyboarding, and visualisation
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and other relevant design tools/software
- Highly creative, detail-oriented, and able to deliver high-quality work within deadlines
Responsibilities
- Legal research on various thematic areas and subject matter
- Desk research, conceptualising, and content creation
- Designing training modules/playbooks in a specialised subject matter or social issues and SOP
- Developing concept notes, proposals, pitch decks, brochures, and such other creative materials
