Responsibilities
- Conducting legal research across statutes, case law, and policy frameworks relevant to our practice areas (e.g., Data Privacy, IT Law, Constitutional Law, IPR).
- Assisting in the drafting of pleadings, petitions, written submissions, and legal opinions.
- Preparing comprehensive case notes and summaries for court hearings and client briefings.
- Assisting with policy analysis on emerging regulatory issues.
Duration
- Minimum – 4 weeks
- Maximum – Can be extended.
Mode
