Satyraksha Advocates & Attorneys is a litigation-focused law office with a primary practice in civil and commercial litigation. The office regularly represents clients before various courts and tribunals in Delhi and handles matters relating to civil disputes, commercial recovery, contractual disputes, execution proceedings, and other allied litigation matters.
About Internship
We believe in providing practical legal training by involving interns in live matters and exposing them to the day-to-day functioning of a litigation practice. The internship is designed to bridge the gap between academic learning and practical advocacy by offering hands-on experience in legal research, drafting, court procedures, and case management under the guidance of experienced advocates.

Eligibility
- Law Students
- At least in the 3rd year of a 5-year integrated law course, or
- At least in the 2nd year of a 3-year LL.B. course.
- Possess good legal research and drafting skills, attention to detail
- Interest in civil and commercial litigation.
Responsibilities
- Assist in legal research
- Drafting pleadings, applications, legal notices, and other litigation-related documents.
- Assist in case preparation, file management, court filings, procedural work
- Attending court proceedings whenever required.
