About the Internship
The Case Law is offering an opportunity for Students via an internship to provide exposure to real legal work and court procedures.
Responsibilities
- Legal research and drafting of notices, petitions, and replies
- Learning court craft and observing live courtroom proceedings
- Assisting in filing work and procedural tasks at District Courts, High Court, and Tribunals
- Supporting the team in day-to-day office work
- Ideal for those looking to build a solid foundation in litigation
- Develop a sharp understanding of court practices
Eligibility
- 3rd year onwards in 5-year course
- Final Year in 3-vear course.
