Position
Legal Intern
Responsibilities
- Assist with reviewing and organizing contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Support legal research on corporate, commercial, compliance, and regulatory matters
- Prepare first drafts of simple legal documents, summaries, trackers, and internal notes
- Maintain contract databases, compliance logs, and document records
- Assist with KYC, AML, and due diligence documentation checks
- Support preparation of board packs, resolutions, and corporate records.
- Help monitor deadlines, approvals, renewals & follow-ups with external counsel by email
- Organize supporting documents for licensing, regulatory, and corporate filings.
- Prepare comparison tables, issue lists, and risk summaries for internal review
- Provide general administrative support to the legal and compliance function.
