T&R Law Offices is expanding its Corporate and Commercial practice and invites applications for an Internship position commencing on 18th February 2026.

Responsibilities
- Meaningful engagement in ongoing transactions.
- Support in research, drafting & corporate advisory mandates across our practice areas.
- These include Mergers & Acquisitions, AIF Formation & Structuring, Legal Due Diligence, General Corporate Advisory and Contract drafting (including Shareholders’ Agreements, Share Subscription Agreements, and related instruments), Intellectual Property Filings, and other allied corporate law matters.
Eligibility
- Law students with demonstrated commitment.
- Candidates with prior internship experience.
- Substantive interest in General Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions matters be preferred.
- Strong research orientation.
- Prior publications in relevant legal domains will be viewed favourably.
