Responsibilities
- Conducting CIBIL & Promoter watchout, legal research, and drafting
- Assist with Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Due Diligence & drafting Investment Chapters
- Managing legalities related to the appointment of directors & legalities as per Companies Act 2013
Eligibility
- 5th-year law students
- Recent Law Graduate
- Strong legal research and drafting skills
- Interest in Capital Market law
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
- Quick grasp of knowledge with practical implementation ability
- Preference to one who interned with firms dealing in Capital Market and SEBI regulations.
