Responsibilities
- Drafting Notice of Opposition, Counter-Statement/Evidence in Support of Reply, Rectification, Notices, Rejoinders.
- Conducting comprehensive legal research on complex IP matters using legal databases.
- Assisting seniors with case analysis, reviewing precedents, and preparing case summaries.
- Drafting legal memos, briefs, opinions, and initial case documentation.
- Demonstrating analytical skills, attention to detail, written and verbal communication.
