For students who seek to understand mediation as it truly operates in India—within courts, at Mediation Centres, and through real case-based observation—this internship offers an unparalleled experience. Each cohort is personally mentored by Meena P. Waghray, Advocate, Mediator, and Founder of Outofcourt.in, along with the trained mediators of OOC. Their collective expertise ensures that every student receives thoughtful guidance, deep practical exposure, and genuine professional insight into the world of dispute resolution.
