Responsibilities
- Family settlement and HUF restructuring
- Trust deed analysis, trustee appointments & compliance
- Corporate restructuring of family-owned companies
- Property, land, revenue & probate-related legal research
- Reading court orders, revenue records & government documents
- Drafting notes, summaries & chronologies
- Organising large document sets and preparing case briefs
Eligibility
- 3rd–5th year BA LLB students
- LLB graduates
- LLM students
- Recent law graduates seeking practical experience
- Candidates comfortable with in-person work in Delhi
- Individuals with strong research, drafting and analytical skills
- Confidentiality and professionalism are essential.
