About the Job

  • Campaign Strategy and Planning: Developing effective paid marketing strategies and plans aligned with business goals, target audience, and marketing objectives. This involves conducting market research, competitor analysis, and identifying target segments.
  • Campaign Execution: Implementing paid marketing campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc. This includes creating and optimizing ad copies, selecting target keywords and audience, managing bidding strategies, and monitoring campaign performance.
  • Budget Management: Managing the budget allocated for paid marketing activities, ensuring optimal allocation of funds across different campaigns and channels. Monitoring spending, tracking expenses, and providing regular reports on campaign costs and ROI.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and other relevant metrics. Using data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, identify trends, and make data-backed recommendations for improvement.
  • Ad Copy and Creative Development: Collaborating with the creative team to develop compelling ad copies, landing pages, and creative assets that drive engagement and conversions. Conducting A/B testing to optimize messaging and creative elements.
  • Conversion Tracking and Analytics: Implementing and managing conversion tracking tools such as Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel to measure and attribute campaign performance accurately. Analyzing data to gain insights into user behavior, customer journeys, and conversion funnel optimization.
  • Campaign Reporting: Generating regular reports and dashboards to provide stakeholders with actionable insights on campaign performance, including key metrics, trends, and recommendations for improvement. Presenting findings to the management team or clients.
  • Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Staying abreast of the latest trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in paid marketing. Continuously learning and exploring new opportunities to enhance campaign effectiveness and drive innovation.
