Call for Papers: Law Society Review (2026), Deadline for Final Submission: 15th February 2026
The Law Society Review, published annually by the Law Society, Faculty of Law, Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh, provides a platform for teachers, practitioners, researchers, and students to engage in critical discussion on contemporary legal and policy issues at both national and international levels. The 2026 edition invites original submissions on the theme “Global Justice in Transition: Law, Reform, and Accountability in the 21st Century.” It seeks to explore how shifting legal, technological, environmental, and humanitarian contexts are reshaping the meaning and pursuit of justice. Authors are encouraged to examine questions of reform, rights, and responsibility across jurisdictions and legal traditions, reflecting on the challenges of accountability in a rapidly transforming global order. Accepted papers will be published in an edited book format carrying an ISBN number, under the Law Society Review (2026 Edition).

TYPES OF SUBMISSIONS
1. Research Papers: (3000-5000) words
2. Essays / Articles: 2,000 – 3,000 words
3. Case Comments / Legislative Comment: 1,500 to 2,500 words
4. Opinion or Perspective Pieces: 1000 words
(These are flexible categories; other creative forms of submissions are also welcome.) Note: Word limits are exclusive of footnotes. All submissions must include an abstract (not exceeding 250 words) and relevant keywords.
