The office of Solicitor Yatin R. Shah is looking to hire One Articled Clerk with no minimum experience required. Junior Advocates with strong Legal Drafting, Research and interpersonal skills are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities
- Drafting of Court related pleadings, petitions, affidavits, rejoinders and related documents.
- Regularly appearing before Bombay High Court, Bombay City Civil Court, National Company Law Tribunal and other subordinate courts.
- Briefing and assisting Senior Lawyers and Counsels.
- Legal research in Civil Law – Testamentary, Arbitration, Real Estate Law & Company Law.
- Handling all aspects of case preparation.
- Ensuring timely compliance with directions on Court orders.
Eligibility
- B. graduates from Universities recognised by the Bar Council of India.
- M. students/ Candidates appearing for the Solicitor’s exam.
