Program Structure & Evaluation

Weekend Sessions (Online)
The program runs over 4 weekends, with two live lectures every weekend: Saturday & Sunday
Each session: 1.5 to 2 hours
Delivered by Indian and foreign legal Experts

Assessments

Weekly Assessments
After each weekend, participants will receive a short assignment related to the modules taught.
Submissions are due before the next Saturday session, ensuring continuity and reflection.
Final Assessments
In the 4th week after the last lecture, participants will receive a realistic arbitration/ADR case scenario.
They must analyze the case and submit a well-reasoned dispute resolution strategy/outcome.
Top performers will be selected solely based on this submission, with results recognized through awards and opportunities.
