Program Structure & Evaluation

  • Weekend Sessions (Online)
  • The program runs over 4 weekends, with two live lectures every weekend: Saturday & Sunday
  • Each session: 1.5 to 2 hours
  • Delivered by Indian and foreign legal Experts

Assessments

  • Weekly Assessments
  • After each weekend, participants will receive a short assignment related to the modules taught.
  • Submissions are due before the next Saturday session, ensuring continuity and reflection.
  • Final Assessments
  • In the 4th week after the last lecture, participants will receive a realistic arbitration/ADR case scenario.
  • They must analyze the case and submit a well-reasoned dispute resolution strategy/outcome.
  • Top performers will be selected solely based on this submission, with results recognized through awards and opportunities.
