About the internship/job:
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Working on legal due diligence of various companies under the guidance of seniors
- Drafting and vetting of agreements and arrangements in private equity transactions, venture capital funds, and general corporate transactions
- Coordinating with seniors for the transaction documents and assisting in streamlining the process
- Handling any other legal work as may be required including Insolvency, mergers, and amalgamations
