The Higher Education Department, Government of Karnataka vide its Notification No. ED 91 UNE 2013 dated 12-11-2013 has accorded its approval to the promoting body “CMR Jnanadhara Trust” to establish and commence a Private University in the name of “CMR University” at Bangalore in accordance with Sec.4(2) of CMR University Act, 2013.
